HITACHI 65F710A error changes the input 1 by itself

I unplugged it and waited 2 minutes and input 1 came back on as HDMI 1 again. 30 minutes later it switched itself to DVI 1 again and again I unplugged it. After 2 minutes I plugged it back in and the screen came on red and then the picture returned properly then after 15 seconds it returned to HDMI 1 properly but it still switches to DVI 1 every 20 to 30 minutes of operation.

No I haven't and I still can't get it to stop switching from HDMI to DVI and then I lose the volume completely. I went to the HITACHI site and updated the software to the latest version and still no cure so I unplugged it when I went out for the day and when I plugged it back in it switched to DVI again after about 5 minutes so I'm watching it thru component. Why am I paying for HD tv??????
