I bought this from frys 3.5 years ago. What they didn't tell me was the plug receptacle was unglued and broken off. So the two screws that hold that in are down in the bottom of the unit. I took two screws from the side covering to stabilize the receptacle, and have never had any problems with the receiver since. I have always loved the sound of the onkyo, but something has been missing with my klipsch speakers, that I have only recently figured out. So, after demoing yamaha's, denon's, and pioneers, I am going with a pioneer sc-55 (3d capability is key as I am trying to keep things simple for wife)
I do have the original box(though its beat up, so I can get a new box) remote, and audyssey mic. I really don't want the temptation to get speakers for this to run in another room of my house, so I am hoping it finds a good home. To my knowledge, all HDMI inputs and outputs work.
This thing is a beast, so shipping will be expensive. If you live close by, local pickup is an option.
