Groupon deal - Sharp XVZ17000 3D 1080P Projector and 106" screen - $1599

For anyone interested, I came across this deal on groupon and there are still 2 days left. It includes the following:

$1,499 for a Sharp 1080p HD 3D-capable DLP projector (XVZ17000) ($4,999 list price)

$1,599 for a Sharp 1080p HD 3D-capable DLP projector and a Mustang matte white 96”x56" fixed-frame projection screen (SC-F106CW169) ($370 list price; a $5,369 total list price)

My question is how good is this deal and projector? It appears that it was discontinued last year. How does it compare to the Epson 8350?
