You are close enough to the towers that the ANT 751 in the attic should be fine. The only issue I see on your chart is the CW network which is 52 miles away with 2 edge reception. If you don't care about CW, then you will be fine. Point the antenna towards the SW. You might have to find a sweet spot since some stations are a couple of degrees apart, but you should be fine since you are close.
