Hey guys, where can you get a pretty decent (for a good price) SPL Meter? Or which is the recommended SPL meter that most people use and recommend?

Thanks

A lot of folks myself included use Radio Shack. You can google feedback.

Rat shack is fine option for HT setup under $50. If you are interested in spending over $5k, I can give you several more ideas that are ideal for fine-tuning room correction.

Galaxy CM140 is well regarded, and somewhat standard at the high end of reasonable. They're great, and much nicer to use than the Radio Shack in my experience.

Thanks for the input guys. 5k is just a tad over my budget for the SPL meter. I will be spending my 5K on speaker wire!! eek.gif
