My contract is coming up and I'm planning to get them to talk me into staying. As long as I'm going through this hassle I might as well get a new STB/DVR as my current one seems to be dying. If I'm going down this road, which model should I request/demand?
Also, AFAIK you still can't buy a DVR and are required to rent theres, is this correct?
