Wiring suggestions?

What are the best options for wiring up a 7.1 surround system?

There is no access to the attic in this room, abs the ceilings are arched abs range from 8 feet at the lowest point to 15 feet at the highest point.

The basement below is finished.

The back of the room (behind all of the seating) only has half of a wall.

To the right if the tv (when looking at the tv from the seating) is only 3/4 of a wall.

I'll attach some pictures so you can get a better idea.

This is the back of the room (behind the seating):

It doesn't really show the gap so here is that same wall from another angle:

And here is the front right of the room, the tv is just to the left of that window:

Any ideas how I can wire up (and hang) speakers without ugly wires all over the place?

can't really tell much from your pics, but, have you thought about the possibility of tucking under and/or removing the baseboards and stringing the cables under/behind them.?

Yes, that was my first thought. The problem is there are no baseboards for half the wall on 2 of the walls.

In the pictures, the bottom of the walls don't have a baseboard for half of the wall. One of them leads to a dining room and the other a hall.
