I currently have a wd live hub which acts more like a networked storage device than a player. I'm have a mac mini (running plex) and a boxee box all pulling media from my live hub. I'm about to run out of storage on the hub so I was looking to upgrade to more capacity. My question is should I get a "my book live" and let that act as my media cloud (streaming to the other devices) or should I get just an external storage with usb 3 hard wired into the mac mini and let that be the main hub.
