When I was neck deep in the audiophile hobby I picked up the Canare Crimp Tool ($80), the Canare Cable Stripper ($85), a bunch of Canare cable ($50), Canare connectors ($40), heat shrink tubbing ($30), and cable sheathing ($30) to create custom length interconnect cables. I'm running a much simpler system now and no longer have need for this gear. Offering everything in the attached pics for a modest $70. You may need to pick up more connectors and cable to get just what you want, but this is a great start for someone that wants to build their own cables.
