Samsung has the best blacks, provided you win the panel lottery and get the one made by Samsung or one of the better providers.
I have the LM7200 and thankfully have no problems with flash lighting or clouding. Now that said, I can create some problems by mucking around with the settings. So chances are, if you got a non-defective panel, you'll be able to play with the settings to minimize or completely avoid having any visual distractions.
