I understand what you're saying, and you're not strictly saying otherwise but I read the wrong thing from your tone. He is absolutely
welcome to pose any questions regarding any connection, even RF coax or 300Ω twin-lead if he likes. The only problem is that the value of any feedback we give him will be horribly squashed by a few factors, not the least of which that many TV's that are spectacular at HD just do not handle SD very well.
