Too much color

Can someone advise me the best way to knock down the color level in my HTPC (Win7/WMC)? Comcast seems to pulled out a lot of its compression in my area (a good thing in and of itself), but with that has come an oversaturation of color. The color adjustment in the TV is blanked out with PC signal type so it has to happen in the PC itself. I have done a calibration in Win7 (control panel), but did not see how to adjust color level. I have the Intel Graphics 2000 chip, but do not see a color level adjustment for the monitor on that either.

So just slide each bar to left by same amount to keep color balance, take down red more if there is "red push"????

This shows "media" being adjusted. Does that adjust the TV Monitor I am using or other stuff?
