Panasonic DMR E85H- undecided what to do with it

I have the Panny (has HDD) in title and it is currently not working. When it is plugged in it displays Please Wait and will not turn on.
About 2 years ago I and a friend repaired this unit by soldering in new capacitors following the great instructions from AVS and it worked.
I have hardly used it during the intervening time.
I t is probably the capacitors again - different ones than before. I'm just don't think I want to go to the trouble to fix it again because I just don't use it.
I would consider selling it to someone who wants to fix it. I also have a bunch of DVD-RAM discs (most unused) that can be used with this recorder.
