Need a receiver recommendation

Hello everyone. Need your help. We have purchased a house that has surround speakers in the living room in the ceiling. The speakers are rated for 65 watts and are 6-1/2". The receiver will be housed in a vented closet beside the room along with the direct tv box, bluray player and an Xbox. Need a receiver that can be controlled via iPhone or iPad. I can run a cat 6 to it. Need to know which one has easiest app for wife and kids. Also plan on using Roomie Remote to control also. Thanks in advance!!!!! Also need 3d support as tv will be a 60" newer style LCD

Pretty much any of the newer receivers with network capabilities will work. I used to have a Pioneer VSX-1022-k, which had a horrible UI, but the online app. was excellent.
