I really need some input on this quickly!
Ok guys - I'm buying a new TV today and have the choice between these two:

Samsung UN40EH5000

Panasonic TC-L42E5

Any opinions on which one?
From what I can see, the Samsung has a better picture, but the Panasonic has many more inputs and also comes wifi-ready
