OK, my previous question fell flat - so how about this.
My Oppo is connected to my HT via HDMI - my HT has a projector that I'd rather not turn on and burn hours on the lamp, just for two channel listening.
I'd like to figure out a "portable" screen solution I could run off to the Oppo HDMI 2 so I can see the menus when I'm doing two channel listening.
Is there a way to get wireless/portable viewing of those menus? Maybe via tablet?
There are small, HDMI monitors that people have been using on HDMI 2 for that purpose, but of course that involves an HDMI cable.
If you are using an HDMI AVR for your audio (rather than running Analog audio out of the 105), that becomes a bit more complicated as you need to run HDMI 2 through the AVR and then cable the small monitor to the output of the AVR.
This is distinct from the iOS or Android app approach being discussed above.
