I've only seen a handful of deals better than earlier-in-the-year deals, and this has been a continual trend for the largely-media-hoax that is Black Friday / Cyber Monday
As far as the 3TB Seagate, yes 89.99 is the lowest I believe it has ever been in the box. proof
I've bought a 3tb external off of craigslist for that price, and I thought it was a bargain. It wasn't heavily used, so I'll probably still get decent life out of it. If you've never used them before, you can go purchase a $1.00 staples coupon for $25 of $75 purchase, and wait for their best price/GB deal to come around
If you desperately need something just eat the difference, but if you can wait better deals will trickle in through the holidays and return to full swing after the holiday season. Once slows sale in January price slashing really starts
