Need an AVR under $500 to drive my new Polk Audio RTiA7's...

My usage will be 60% Music, 40% Movies. I like Spielberg movies and loud 70's prog rock.

My space is 14' deep, 18' wide, 6.5' ceiling.

The plan is to get the matching Polk surround speakers and run 7.1.

Audio sources will be a phono preamp and turntable (don't need a built-in phono pre), and Blu-ray. I want ethernet for networking and Spotify. I need an FM tuner, but would also like to have AM, and would REALLY like HD Radio.

After several days of reading this site and hundreds of customer reviews, my head is spinning.

The most attractive combination of power, inputs, EQ'ing, happy users, and price seems to be the Marantz SR5006 ($479.99 for a refurb). NO HD Radio that I can see, though.

Does the Polk/Marantz combination seems like a winner?

What other models should I consider?

Hmm...how about the Denon AVR2113CI?

why not save a bit and just go with 4311CI? then you won't have to upgrade for a while.

Nice receiver...but nearly 3 times my budget. I'd really rather go over budget on speakers.
