My Harmony 900 just died about 16 months. It was a replacement to a Harmony One that also died almost a week after the warranty expiration. At this stage, I give up on Harmony remotes. As far as reliability, I think they are c.....
I looked at high end remotes and I'm willing to pay except that I want the flexibility of programming the remotes myself and I don't want have to ask for the "technician" every time I need to tweak something.
Compatibility with extenders is a must to control the gear in my theater.
