Question about Wireless Routers

What is the difference between the Linksys E4200 and Linksys EA4500 routers?

I ask this because BestBuy has the E4200 for $89.99 on Black Friday and I want to upgrade my router to a wireless N.

I have a Xbox 360 new slim one as well as a brand new laptop I got about a month ago. So I'm assuming it all supports wireless N.
