Hi,

Last decision to choose one of these projectors (w710st or gt750e), Confusion started because of the DMD problems duo to tthe DLP projectors
my first decision were on the HD66 but i knew that they have some problem with there DMD chip which it's produces a white dead pixel after a several months of usage .
and that's why i rejected the hd66.

and now i'd like to know which of these projectors will be able to stay longer (w710st OR Optoma gt750e)

for me I'd go with the benQ w710st because it's have more features that the 750e ( higher contrast ratio , longer lamp life , 3d (I'm a pc user ) , less price $)

but i don't know which of these projectors have stronger DMD chip

I'm going to use the projector daily for average 7 hours .

Sorry for my english

Hi,
I have the w710st.
It's a good projector, 3dvision looks awsome at 720p and 1080p/60hz/3d using tridef sbs or o/u looks pretty darn good considering it's scaled to 720p, it does look better than the native 720p sbs or o/u wink.gif

I take it you are aware you'll only get 3d from a pc using a nvidia card with the w710st?

The short throw is amazing, i can set up the pj and get my racing cockpit setup behind it, but the acer h5360bd i have leaves no room for the cockpit, i love short throw.

The benq has a better warrenty than the 750 in uk , that's why i got the benq over the 750.

Yes that's sounds good to me getting 3d from pc .

The warranty on my situation is helpless (ordering from amazon to other country ).

since how long do you bought ur PJ?

---
As i sayed b4 ,I would rather the w710st over optoma gt750e
but the problem is the DMD chip , which one going to live longer ?

Well may be you know that...
If you want to watch Blu-Ray 3D, you can't do it with BenQ - it's HDMI isn't 1.4 version.
Acer 5360BD (not Acer 5360) supports BD3D - HDMI 1.4. I own it btw, I like it's 3d. 2d as well, but can't comment on wich one, BenQ or Acer is better...
