Need some advice on paintable screen for event

We are sponsoring an event and are providing video displays for it. We need 5 130" screens for a multimedia display they are putting on for the event.

Originally screen innovations was going to provide Black Diamond Zero Edge G2 screens on loan for the event but they ended up not having the demo units to do it for the date in question. So we're kind of in a jam and decided to just paint the walls for screens.

So I'm hoping for some advice from more educated members here. The screens will be 5 screens side by side on one long wall (with about 5 feet in between in each screen). The projectors will be 5000 lumens, 20,000:1 contrast ratio and will be displaying looping video feeds of interior decorator's projects. The space will be lit up like a cocktail reception; not overly bright but also definitely not home theater lighting controlled.

We are really looking for a simple solution and by simple, I mean open up a paint can and paint the wall. I'm sure some of these custom mixes are way better than anything else on the market but the event is in 2 weeks and we really don't have the manpower to go through any learning curve or trial and error here.

Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if there is anything else you need to know.

There is a link in my signature you might like to look at. A basic latex paint tinted gray with lamp black pigment and enriched with some water based poly.

My guess is a mixture similar to what I used would be a good and simple start point.

Will you be masking and spraying? Rolling? Just be careful and keep a wet edge to roll into going top to bottom. Paint one and wait a day and test it.

Easy-6 or Easy-7 mix. To save poly paint a couple coats of the Easy paint formula then the finish coat add the poly. Do not shake poly as it will form bubbles, stir only, but stir well before mixing as the flattening agent in the poly will separate. Then combine with paint and stir in. The poly should be of the flat or satin finish mixed 50/50. Would be my guess.
