Help me pick a game for the Thanksgiving haul

I'm looking to dig into something over this Thanksgiving that is SP. Right now I'm debating between the following;

Assassin's Creed III
Dishonored
Sleeping Dogs
Max Payne 3

Any suggestions?

I've taken a break from the FPS world, so BLOPS2/Halo/etc. aren't top of mind right now. I've never had an interest in AC before, but the reviews sound overwhelming good (much like Dishonored). In addition, Sleeping Dogs sounds like it has that sandbox feel to it, and I dug Shenmue. I liked the first Max Payne, and the art direct looks interesting on this one.
