This is my first post here and I'm kind of nervous I'll be shot for creating another "newbie needs help!" thread but I have to. I'm currently looking to setup a good 5.1 HT (eventually upgradable to 7.1) for music/movies/games. The split is something like this 60/10/30. I'm a huge fan of EDM and Rock, and throw in some OST's from Games and movies for some calming tunes and beautiful orchestras. Here's the problem though, the room I'll be setting up the HT in is my bedroom which is tiny. 1112.138158 cubic inches is all it has, 11'3"x11'9"x8'3&1/2" LxWxH. I understand I do not need a whole hell of a lot of power or powerful speakers for that matter but this will eventually all be moved into my basement once it's done for a nice HT, the basement is obviously much bigger.
So I need something that can stay clean and show all the nitty gritty good stuff from recordings at low volumes as well as high volumes. I want to have speakers that are clear crisp, yet feel moving with bass. I don't want anything too bright and tinny really as i have slightly sensitive ears, but i also don't want my bass to drown out all the notes coming from the mid and high frequencies. So far this is my list of what I'm looking at:
Receivers:
Sony STRDN 1030
Denon 3312CL
ONKYO 616/717/818
Speakers:
For fronts I like the idea of having a 3-way Floorstanding speaker set with a nice sub, but if floorstanders are a bit much for the room I can be persuaded to go with a solid pair of bookshelf speakers.
Fronts:
Polk RTI 8/10
Klipsch Heresy 2 (If i can find a cheap pair on Ebay)
Klipsch Forte 2 (again if I can find a nice pair on Ebay)
HSU HB-1 MK2
This is basically all I got right now. My max on Fronts total is around $500 USD. I want a 3.1 setup so I can have dialogue from movies and games coming from the center channel.
Center Channel:
Polk CSI5
HSU HC-1 MK2
I've been looking at polk a lot probably not the best idea to remain under one brand. Max willing to spend on a center is $250 although the center is not super necessary it is highly preferred.
Surrounds:
Polk FXIA4
Polk RTI3
HSU HB-1 MK2
I understand that Bi-pole/Di-pole is supposed to be better at dispersing sound and immersing you in the movie/game/music but I see they are more expensive so Bookshelves should do fine for a first HT
Subwoofer:

Polk PSW505
PA120
Acoustech H100
I know that the HSU and outlaw are basically the same exact sub, but the outlaw has a downfiring sub with a downfiring port as well, the hsu has a downfiring sub with a port on the back instead. Which bring up a question is it better to have a downfiring port? Does it even matter? Does it matter if the sub is downfiring? The max i'm willing to spend on a sub is $300
Any and all help is appreciated, but please don't come into a thread and bash on others for not liking a certain brand. State your business and be on with it. I need clear concise answers since i don't have the luxury of going out and testing speakers. Thanks again!
