Cheap system needed...Looking at Yamaha YHT-397, HK ts16 or Denon avr3300 ++

So, I have a room it is 14' wide and 12' deep. These are in my budget... The $399 HK system is at the limit of what I want to spend.

Someone has a Denon avr3300 for sale really cheap....Then I could add a speaker system. Reviews show this as a great unit and it was really $$$ when new.

Add a sub and center chan with the dennon and it could be a decent system for a small room

Found this speaker setup on sale today that I might just pull the trigger on now before they are gone.

Pioneer SP-BS21 $40 a pair
Pioneer SP-C21 Center Channel $50
Pioneer SW-8 100W Powered Subwoofer $70 or the Polk Audio PSW Series PSW10 $80(I have only had downfiring subs in the past but the polk has a lot of good reviews)

So, 40+40+50+70=$200 for what seems like a really good speaker setup
Then I could get that used rcvr and have money left over for speaker stands and wire or get a new one for $200ish

Think I read on here that these Pioneers are pretty darn good especially compared to the boxed systems in my price range.
