M3D550KDE compared to M3D550KD?

I have seen some pretty good reviews about the M3D550KD but Amazon points me to the newer M3D550KDE. I see that it is a little thinner but does anyone know if everything else is the same?

The refresh rate is 120 as opposed to 240... and this is effective rate which is not the same as refresh rate.
