How to Control Two Separate But Identical Components With RF Remote?

I am building a new house and plan on having 2 home theater rooms, one on the first floor and one in the basement. On both floors, the components will be located in a closet on that floor (2 separate closets). What I would like to know is if I can have the same brand and model receiver for each room controlled by separate Logitech Harmony 900 RF remotes without one interfering with the other. In other words, when I push a button on the remote on the first floor, is it also going to send the signal to the receiver in the basement? Thanks in advance for the help.

Very unlikely. Set one up with R.F. and the other with I.R.

I would recommend using a RF remote that communicates with a base station/processor that allows for IR routing. Pro Control and URC have products near the Harmony price range that absolutely blow it away in terms of functionality.

It is my understanding that the Logitech Harmony 900 communicates with a base station and then sends the commands via IR. Is there a specific model of Pro Control or URC you recommend that would work for this scenario?
