AVS newbie - No sound from Center channel Denon 1912

So I just received my Polk Audio CS2 and plugged it all in but when I go to Channel Level test it... no sound comes out.

I tried plugging it into a Front channel and then it starts outputting white noise. Tried plugging it into a rear and it also outputs noise.

I tried plugging FL speaker into the Center channel and that doesnt output sound.

Is there some sort of setting i'm missing? I see it showing stereo in certain menu areas, and under information it shows 2/0/0 as far as speakers?

I also tried a microprocessor reset and that didnt fix it.

I just tried running the Audyssey set up (was going to wait till my subwoofer came before I did it) and it made that sound test thru the FL and FR speakers. When it was trying to test the center speaker no audio could be heard.

As mentioned before, I plugged the center speakers into FL and sound output (which to me says the speaker and the wiring are both fine).

Whats left is some hidden setting I'm missing or the channel is dead?

I had the Center channel on Large and Small and both output no sound...

I'm using banana plugs. I confirmed the wires are okay by plugging the center speaker into FL port in the receiver and can confirm it works.

I see Stereo a lot... I have no idea how to turn off/ change stereo mode.

I found the other modes... I dont have the OEM remote so I had to use my harmony. Still no center sound. Seems like the channel is dead.

I tried MOVIE: and all the different modes within Movie and it still doesnt have any sounds from the center channel.

Blasts.. Bestbuy says I'll have to bring in the Receiver and it will take 2-3 weeks
