WinISD doesnt have my subwoofer.

Yes You can if you have them the T/S Paramaters of the driver input them into WinISD and they will calculate a Box size according to the T/S Paramaters....With custom boxes they are usually pretty big or it is more desired to have a bigger box..

with 37.5mm excursion, your plan sounds fine, but without t/s specs that is just a 'best guess'.

for some reason, my gut is telling me to go just a little smaller, but that is just a gut feeling.

Can you post a picture of the cone and the basket from the side? Is the spider black with the leads sewn in? Once we know that we can see if it has any of TC's soft parts on the motor, othewrise the specs aren't going to do you much good.

Doesn't look like any parts other than the motor are TC.... I would be willing to bet that the coil is thinner, and likely less motor force. If you are planning on building a sealed box, I would go probably 20% bigger than listed... so possibly close to 5 cu ft.

Just take it easy on the volumes at first until you are certain you aren't going to hurt it. You can always add solid material in the box to reduce volume, like gluing in a couple of 2 x 4" chunks.
