Both Avast webrep and WoT (web of trust) have nothing good or bad about them, not enough votes

You could do a google search with their name and complaints
Also check how long they've been in business

BTW, I did a google search and one BBB complaint came up
Also, I never consider any reviews posted on the specific website itself, always look for independant review from outside

They are amazon affiliate & have 4.5 stars/5 based on 82 reviews
I generally think of amazon as thrustworthy

But... I find it disturbing they do not post their brick & mortar address anywhere on their website, only phone # & email.
BBB list them at 966 Nepperhan Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703, I google streetview-ed it & was shocked by what I saw

Well, for one, it seems to answer the how long have they been around question
This info is also missing from their website

In anycase, it is red flag AFAIC

Unless I am missing something, it states right on the home page that they have been in business since 1981 serving the New york metro area, and have in more recent years expanded into an internet retailer.

I just saw that too, at the very bottom of the home page. My bad

Still, I would prefer clicking on a contact us link & get physical address location
I also found they are unauthorized retailer for a few brand names, so beware of warranty issues
