I will have to purchase my projector next week. My screen is a 140" curved 2:35:1 Seymour centerstage XD . I have the Panamorph UH480 anamorphic lens to use with the projector.
I am trying to decide which one to go with, the Sony HW50ES or the Epson 6020. My Use will be 60% 2D, 30% 3D and 10% gaming. I am hoping one of these will give me a good all round experience for the above requirements and also light up my 140" screen good enough.
I am also open to other projectors if they can do the the above job better than these two models and am willing to stretch my budget a little further by another $1000-2000.
My room is a bat cave and has good light control so ambient light is not a issue.
