I just got this TV about a week ago. It's a nice TV. Because it's edge-lit, it is fairly thin and surprisingly light.
The speakers aren't that great, and there isn't an audio out (which may or may not be an issue depending on how you're using it).
It's basically a no-frills 32" HDTV with a very good looking picture. In fact, you might have a hard time finding a TV with a better picture at that price (under $300) in that size.
Like most TVs, the default picture settings aren't very good. I haven't had time to play around with the settings, but I've found the "movie" mode to be an improvement.
