I just recently bought an LG 50PA6500, switching from an LCD. The problem is that I am quite bothered by the screen flicker caused by the 60Hz frezuency and I remember being seriously bothered by it in CRTs as well. The strange thing is that while I can see the flicker on all HDMI inputs and in the TVs own movie player, I seem to be unable to spot any kind of flickering while on DVB-C signal even while watching static or white images.

Is it possible that there is no flicker DVB-C while it flickers on all other inputs? Because if this is so, then I could perhaps be able to somehow send the signal through a converter and get rid of this problem.
