think i have my heart set on a Samsung 51" E8000 series tv

during this weekend with all the black friday/ cyber monday deals has slightly persuaded me to look into upgrading my 42" lg plasma which still works great after years but id like to enjoy some of the newer features of 3d and smart tvs have i like what ive seen from the samsung from the Signature Interaction to the built in camera the cheapest i see it around the net is around $1,197 i was currently not looking to go over $1000 but if its a good enough deal i guess i would still consider it. so my question is , i may not buy this tv right away and while im still thinking is there another tv that matches up with this tv (price,Value,features) i may need to consider in the mean time? thanks
