$350 is not bad for a receiver that was priced at $650 before being discontinued. It's a slimline receiver designed for smaller spaces. Unless your listening space is a cavern and you have inefficient speakers the 50W per channel the 1602 offers should suffice. It also includes networking and Audyssey MultEQ room correction.
