Hey all,
Currently, I have a couple of KSB 1's as my fronts, a loose Energy take center channel (purchased from ebay away from its set), a couple of polk RM7s for my rears, and an energy s10.3 sub...all ran through a pioneer vsx 1021k
My question is two fold: I was thinking about upgrading my fronts to some PIONEER SP-BS41-LR...based on the review I read at thewirecutter.com...however, i was wondering how much of an upgrade they would be. I'm looking for something with a bit more low-end.
If that's not worth upgrading, would it be worth jumping on the energy take 5 speaker package that's $150 right now in order to round out a complete energy set-up?
I'm looking to stay around 100-200 right now, so maybe I should hold off and upgrade to some more substantial fronts in the future? The only problem there is that I have zero room to put anything larger than a bookshelf sized speaker (fireplace on one half of the wall, built in shelves + 65"st50 on the other).
Any guidance would be appreciated.
