$3000 or less replacement for sanyo PLV-Z700?

I have a large theater room, no windows. I run a sanyo(above) but the fan is getting REALLY loud and its gotta go.
I use a 109 x 60 WA designer white screen and a throw about 15' with 8 1/2 ' ceilings. Polk cs3 and monitor 50 7.1 set-up.
Wants: a 1080P probably 3d projector to replace said sanyo under $3000.
Any other technology to look for?
