Far Cry 3 - First-day buy for me, BUT...

Man, that game is looking amazing. BUT - why did the reviews come out so early, and why is there a U-Play password on the PS Store? It's not out till the 4th of December?

Usually an early review embargo means that a company is very confident in the quality of their game and that it was ready well ahead of launch. Also, I believe FC3 was released already in Europe alongside the early reviews. One of the rare occasions where a region that isn't Japan or the US gets a release first.

I'm excited to see how this turns out. I really like FC2, despite its faults. So I hope FC3 is more of the same but better. Based on reviews, it sounds like that's exactly what it is.

As for the U-Play password, that's Ubisoft's version of an Online Pass. It may be up there just because it's ready to go already (and, like I said, it's out in some regions already).

its available in Canada as well (at least my local EB games in Markham was selling it yesterday).
