Looks like Prima Cinema is going to offer a service that will allow you to watch movies currently in theaters at home. What's that you say; the catch? Oh yeah, it's just an initial $20,000 for the equipment plus $500 per movie.
Apparently the details are pretty sketchy at the moment, and it's not clear if this will only include movies from select distributors/studios. I have to admit, if I was uber wealthy, I might seriously consider this. I really don't care for local theater experience anymore unless I happen to catch a movie with just a few people in there.
