Crystalio 3800 disk removal

Hello everyone.

I am wondering if anyone has had an experience of removing the internal 200G disk without ruining the unit as a VP?

I *think* a friend of mine did this some years ago. I'll try to get his confirmation on it or I'll just try it myself.

EDIT: emailed him about it. If I don't hear back, I'll give it a try this weekend
