I will try to make this as brief as possible. I purchased a used Epson 8500UB earlier this year. Upon start up, the provided bulb blew. I ended up purchasing an off name bulb from Amazon that had decent reviews. I am currently having two issues, one of which I will address in this post. There seems to be a double image, most explicit with white texts on a black background (picture provided). Is this a projector issue, bulb issue, or a settings issue? I am extremely incompetent when it comes to projectors. Any basic help would be VERY much appreciated. Thank you!
