interesting! what exactly do you dislike about the Radiance's 1080i deinterlacing ? It's usually on a very high quality level, so I'm suprised that you're complaining. Maybe it's just a wrong setting ? With the current firmware there are obviously problems with 1080i50 deinterlacing, so maybe that's what your're seeing (if you're from Europe) ?
There aren't too many current video processors out there to chose from. You might want to try a DVDO processor. Their 1080i has become excellent over the years. If you keep your Radiance (for CMS and other gimmicks), you could try a DVDO Edge ($250 used, $500 new) and just put it before the Radiance for your 1080i sources.
