2012 equivalent to the Sony NX720?

I bought the NX720 from best buy at the beginning of the month as well as the black tie protection. I have geek squad coming out to diagnose the issues I have had with the set which according to them had several things replaced before it was sold to me. If they decide it cheaper to just junk the set than repair again I will be offered a equivalent set. I have to check if it will have to be Sony. They have not released anything like the NX720, closest would be the HX850 I think.

That is what the magnolia thought as well. The HX750 doesn't have gorilla glass or the opticontrast panel which I have heard makes a bit of difference in overall PQ from the NX720-HX750. Thanks for the response.

I spoke to Best buy Geek squad and they said the backlight inverter board and main board had been replaced in October.

I was given best buy store credit, because they needed and additional $600 for the equivalent Sony this generation HX850.
