I bought two KLipsch rw 12d the last time they were 299 a couple of weeks ago. One of them arrived damaged . It had something bouncing around in it when I picked it up. I returned it to newegg and they charged me $75 to ship it back!! Do I have a leg to stand on in fighting this shipping fee? The damage was no fault of my own, why should I pay a return fee? The BIC F12 does hold it's own w/ the Klipsch during loud scenes...I won't lie about that.

But the Klipscsh, from what I can tell so far, is better overall.

I started out with a pair of PSW505's. One died a week after I got it so I just got a refund instead of an exchange and ordered a single RW-12D. Thought about getting a 2nd one but sold it and the Polk. Kept that money and saved for the sub I have now. I probably would have been happy with dual Klipschs but you know how the story goes.

Called Newegg again and got ahold of a nice csr and explained the situation. She put me on hold and and contacted someone in the warehouse who told her they did not have any cords. She then informed me she would send me a return label and I could return it and they would send me a new one. I was like that seems kinda dumb for a cord, canabalizing a new sub in the warehouse and taking the cord would be cheaper. Anyway I didn't want to go through the hassle and possibly end up with a sub that had broken port tubes etc. I instead told her I would buy it from Klipsch if they would refund the price of the cord and she agreed. So Klipsh doesn't have the cords in stock, they are on back order. Considering they don't make this sub anymore I doubt they will get anymore, so I was able to find one place online that has these cords, 5 bucks for the cord and 15 for shipping, done. Suprisingly she called me back the next night to see what i came up with. So Newegg redeemed themselves as far as I'm concerned.

As an aside I was watching Aliens the other night and the rumbling of the ship had my tv vibrating so the text on the screen was visibly shaking!
Makes me want 2 more. j/k
When I upgrade I think I'm going with 2 Rythmik FV15hp's or maybe.....
