Sanyo Z700 and any european Projector in the US

Hello All

Complete beginner in the projector world and have a question for you. I recently just bought myself a projector, sanyo z700 in Switzerland and am relocating to the US.

My simple question:
can I connect the projector in the US current or not really?

I read in the manual instructions of the projector the following:

Voltage 100V-240V AC; 50/60Hz (auto voltage)
BTU Rating 839 / 638 (Eco mode)
dB Rating 21dBA (Eco mode)
Power Consumption 246W / 187W (Eco mode)

Would that allow me to take it to the States?

Yes you just need to get a standard PC power cable so it has an american wall plug on it.

so, positively I could connect the projector in the US, as long as I have the plug right? no need for a transformer or whatever it is called?

a standard 120 volt computer cable should do the trick. One end has the three prong AC (two Blade & one round ground) the other end has three smaller slotted connections
