Bourne 4-film collection?

Any idea if there's a 4-film set of the Bourne series in the works? I currently have the first 3 movies, but two of them are HD DVD, and I'm slowly replacing them with blu ray titles, so it would be nice if I could just upgrade all of them in one shot.

Original Bourne titles (1-3) are region-free, but it's not immediately apparent whether 4 is or isn't. Amazon just indicate region B/2.

However, distributor is Universal UK who also handle 1-3 so 4 might well be region-free.
