Random "static" problem

I have an LG 60pm6700, and an LG 3D BD player.
I have noticed some random white "static" while watching, you can only see it in the blacks.
What would cause this or possible causes.
Have plugged into powerbar, have magnets on power lines and HDMI from BD.
Have tried various different settings and nothing seems to affect this.

I got the problem fixed.
The " static" would not appear when playing Netflix through TV app.
It was also fine when the BD player was direct into TV. But would show up when going through Rec.
So tried various cables and settings to no avail.
Then tried a different input on the TV and all was fine!!!!!
I was strange it only showed up with that input and trough rec.
