I have yet to work a project that can't fit on a big Delta with the extension table.
I cut down 4x8 sheets with a straightedge and handheld circular saw, then final cut all edges with the table saw.
On the few pieces that won't easily work with the fence on the table saw, I plan the design to have that edge overhang and flush trim with the router.
I got bored with right angles and rectangular prisms a few years ago. I am Dodecaguy! Fear me!
