Hi All!
I recently installed my 42"LG 3d led tv.
I rented a 3d movie from cable company(VOD)
The movie played fine and there was indeed a 3d aspect. The problem is the screen shows the movie split in two??
So double screenings of the movie are being displayed?
I tried to change the screen setting to full wide screen view, but the boxes to change over are grey and won't let me choose them?
Only the split screen option is chosen automatically?
However the tv seems to be prompting me to switch over to proper screen display, but can't do it?
Note: We can watch 3d tv on other channels no problem.
I have an HDMI cord hooked up...my TV is 1080p
wondering if i am missing a hook up or have the wrong cord?
Please help! The movie was for my son to watch!
