Best receiver under $350

I'm not too familiar with home theater equipment, so I need some advice for an AVR. I have already purchased some speakers and a subwoofer at the advice of more knowledgeable folks in this department. My budget is around $300-$350. I'd like compatibility for iPhone, Pandora, PS3. Also, not sure if possible, but maybe run music/movies from my computer via wifi?

Here is the equipment I currently have:

LG 60PA6500 Plasma
BIC America F12 12"
Polk Audio Monitor70's (2)
Polk Audio CS2

I'm no expert but so far I am more than happy with my Onkyo tx-nr609. There is a wireless dongle to give it wifi capabilities for around $30. It is fully network enabled, streams from both web apps and dlna, has an iphone/android remote app that works flawlessly, does 7.2 surround with 100 watts per channel. The only warning is that this generation of onkyo receivers is very prone to hdmi board failures. They will be covered by the 2 year warranty if it happens but it can mean a few weeks in the repair shop.

The Yamaha RX-V473 or the Onkyo TX-NR515 are probably your best bets. To stream from your computer, you would need to add a media server like the Western Digital WD TV Live Streaming Media Player.
